Before you send.
How quickly can you get on a job?
Most jobs we bid get a number back inside three business days. Start dates depend on current rotation — we'll tell you honestly what's open. Emergency patch / remediation work gets a 24-hour answer.
Do you work for owners or only for GCs?
We work almost exclusively with general contractors and licensed builders. Owners with a GC already on board are welcome to introduce us — but we won't quote owner-direct on new construction.
Can you send a COI before we sign?
Yes. COI, W-9, license verification, and prequal packets are usually back to your office same day. Check the box on the form or just email office@richartzplastering.com.
What scope sizes do you take?
Single-family custom builds, multifamily, high-end remodel, and select commercial. Smallest meaningful job is usually around 1,500 sq ft of lath. Largest we've run is around 60,000 sq ft.
Do you do mock-ups or finish samples?
On any job where finish appearance matters, we mock up a 4 ft × 4 ft sample on site for owner / architect approval before production. Cost is folded into the bid.
Will you travel outside the three counties?
Occasionally, for repeat GCs and large projects. Mobilization gets quoted separately. Ask — we'll tell you what makes sense.
